As part of Goldman Sachs' 10,000 Women program, Itaú was selected by BID and IFC to develop a value proposition for Brazilian entrepreneur women. For that purpose, a team of designers, product managers, researchers, and business specialists took the stage to analyze their journey and create solutions to support them. The project became one of the most impacting initiatives of service design for women in Brazil and later it inspired Itaú to launch an institutional brand campaign.
