Entrepreneurship

Description

As part of Goldman Sachs' 10,000 Women program, Itaú was selected by IDB and IFC to develop a value proposition for Brazilian entrepreneur women. For that purpose, a team of designers, product managers, researchers, and business specialists took the stage to analyze their journey and create solutions to support them. The project became one of the most impacting initiatives of service design for women in Brazil and later it inspired Itaú to launch an institutional brand campaign.

My roles on this project

Research

We interviewed a dozen of women. They not only wanted to be heard but they also had a lot of great insights to share with us.

Ideation

We organized a workshop for ideation that engaged many members and areas of the bank with  entrepreneur women.

Design

I took care of all visual pieces required for this project like ideation templates, diagrams,
presentations, processes.

Implementation

I helped planning the implementation of  some solutions designed with the business owners and areas of the bank.
